(DELETED) Sharing the schedule
: "I made a google-doc TedX Timeline to share the times/dates of things, and put the initial Day-Of schedule on it.
Is this a good idea (we're going to use some spreadsheets to track the Production project)? Would it be as usable or better to just make entries on the google-calendar?"

Site Visit
: "All - Alan Glover the chair for the production committee asked me to arrange a site visit to MICA:
Wed - Aug 12 - 10am
This is for us to get an initial orientation down for planning purposes. We thought it best if someone from marketing/sponsorhip and maybe venue attend.
Alan and his crew will be coming. I will be there to look at the recy.."
